I. Prerequisites for using Redex eSIM

In order to use Redex eSIM, your equipment must meet the following requirements:

  • Device itself supports eSIM function
  • Equipment not locked by operator or network
  • No escape of equipment (iOS system) or root (Android system)

Note: Equipment models in parts may not support eSIM. The list presented herein is updated regularly, but does not cover all equipment. If you do not find your own equipment, please consult the equipment manufacturer to confirm whether it supports eSIM.

III. NOTES

As of June 2026, the equipment manufacturer may introduce new or updated support policies, which are recommended to be based on official information.

There may be functional differences between versions of the same type in different countries/regions, and please confirm whether the local version supports eSIM before purchase.

If there is doubt about eSIM support for equipment, priority is given to contacting the equipment manufacturer or operator to obtain accurate information.
